What you can ask for
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you (for example your name, mobile number, saved addresses, app notification tokens and support messages).
How to make a request
- Use the request form on this page, or write to syed@maharanisilks.in, or call +91 98435 76688.
- Give the mobile number registered on your account so we can find it.
- Account deletion from inside the app or website: You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by submitting a request on our Account & Data Deletion page; we verify your identity and delete what the law allows us to delete.
How we verify it is you
Because deletion cannot be undone, we verify the request before acting on it: requests made while signed in to your account, or confirmed by a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. We may decline a request we cannot verify.
What we may need to keep
Deleting your account does not erase records we must keep for payments, tax and accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention or other legal obligations. These are kept only for as long as needed for that purpose (we keep your personal data while your account is active, and afterwards only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as tax, accounting or other laws require) and are not used for marketing.
Open orders, refunds in progress, Undiyal balances or scheme plans: We cannot delete your account while an order is open or a refund is in progress. Undiyal balances and Monthly Scheme plans must first be used or settled under their own rules; we will tell you what is pending and delete the account once it is cleared.
How long it takes
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we cannot fully delete something, we will tell you what we kept and why.
