These terms apply when you browse or buy from Maharani Silks & Readymades through our website, Android app or iOS app. Products are sold by Mohamedrabeek Syedibrahim (sole proprietor) (trading as Maharani Silks & Readymades), the merchant for your order.

Using our website and app

Products and prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are shown or included as stated at checkout. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual product.

Stock is limited. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order: we will tell you, cancel that item and refund the amount you paid for it to your original payment method (or restore any Undiyal credit you used).

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only after we accept it and, for online payment, the payment is successfully confirmed. Payment methods are described in our Payment Policy.

Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

Delivery, cancellation, return, exchange and refund rules are set out in our Shipping & Delivery, Cancellation & Refund and Returns & Exchanges policies, which form part of these terms.

Undiyal, Monthly Scheme and EMI

Maharani Undiyal, the Maharani Monthly Scheme and EMI payment options, where offered, are governed by their own separate terms. They are not part of a standard product purchase and you must accept those terms separately before using them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from events outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version number and last-updated date are shown on this page. Where a change materially affects an ongoing transaction, we will tell you before it applies to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over disputes: the courts at Sivagangai, Tamil Nadu, without limiting any consumer forum rights you have by law. To raise a complaint, see our Grievance Redressal page.
