Timelines and charges
Delivery timelines: 3 to 5 working days in Tamil Nadu and 5 to 8 working days in the rest of India, counted from dispatch.
Delivery charges and serviceable areas: ₹79 for orders up to and including ₹1,999, and free delivery above ₹1,999 (order value after discounts, before delivery charges). We deliver to the pincodes shown as serviceable at checkout.
Timelines depend on stock, alterations, packing and payment confirmation, and may be affected by events outside our control.
Receiving your order
Please check the package on receipt and tell us promptly about any damage or mismatch. Keep the packaging and take photos if there is a problem.
